THE GUITARIST'S STUDIO

Guitarist of the Month: Of course my first featured artist has to be Benjamin Verdery. Performer, Composer, Guitar Professor at Yale School of Music. He was my mentor for many years and a great inspiration to how I approach much of my music even to this day. If asked, Ben will tell you his favorite composers are Johann Sebastian Bach & Leo Brouwer. That said, while I studied under the maestro, on the walls of his studio at Yale hung posters of Eddie Van Halen, Prince & Jimi Hendrix! To find out more about Ben, visit benjaminverdery.com.
